Thank you for shopping with The Rustic Fieldhouse Boutique! Whether you found your favorite pieces on our website or picked them up in person at one of our pop-up events, we want you to love everything you purchase. That said, we understand sometimes things don’t work out—and we’re here to help.
We offer a 10-day return window from the date your order is delivered or purchased in person. This means that your returned item must be received within 10 business days of that delivery or purchase date to be eligible for return. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns received after that timeframe.
To be eligible, items must be in new, unworn condition, with original tags attached and in their original packaging. Items that appear worn, washed, altered, or damaged (including makeup or deodorant stains, smoke or pet odors, or stretched fabric) will not qualify for return or store credit and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
To initiate a return, simply email us at help@rusticfieldhouseboutique.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and any instructions you’ll need. We do not include a return label; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a store credit for the original purchase price of the item (excluding shipping). Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to be processed and emailed to you. Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card and never expires.
Please note: We do not issue refunds. All returns are eligible for store credit only.
Exchanges at Pop-Up Events
We understand shopping in person has its perks, and we want to extend that flexibility when possible. While we do not process exchanges through the mail, we may allow exchanges in person at future pop-up events, provided that the item is in stock. The original item must meet all return conditions—unworn, with tags, and in original condition—and you must provide proof of purchase.
If you'd like to make an in-person exchange, we recommend emailing us beforehand so we can check availability and possibly set your item aside.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect every item before it leaves our hands, but in the rare case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving it. Email help@rusticfieldhouseboutique.com with your order number and photos if applicable, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Final Sale Items
All sale items, items purchased during site-wide promotions, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These sales are considered final at the time of purchase.
